Mickey was the Executive Officer and honor graduate of his US Army Signal Officer Class. He has earned many coaching accolades, including multiple Coach of the Year awards. At the time of his retirement, Mickey was one of the top 5 winningest active coaches in the DFW metroplex, with 180 wins. He has worked side by side with many leaders as a strategic partner, accelerating the growth of their organizations as they have quadrupled both in size and revenue. Several of the organizations he has worked with have earned the Dallas Business Journal's "Best Places to Work" awards and the Middle Market 50 fastest growing company awards. His expertise spans leadership development, business excellence, strategic planning, and building winning cultures.

Mickey and his wife Sarah celebrate 37 years of marriage, are parents to 5 children, and have 2 grandchildren. He volunteers for several non-profits, including Genesis Women's Shelter of North Texas and Cornerstone Food Kitchen in downtown Dallas.

Since 1982, US Leadership, Inc., led by CEO Andy White, was renowned as a strategic partner for emerging growth companies, helping them achieve measurable and sustainable excellence. Their prescriptive consulting and leadership transformation process was instrumental in accelerating growth for clients. They worked closely with CEO-Owners and management teams committed to excellence, providing a roadmap to navigate the complexities of profitable growth. The company was guided by biblical principles, emphasizing the transformation of both individuals and organizations.

US Leadership served a diverse range of industries, including construction, manufacturing, and professional services. Notable clients included architectural firms, general contractors, specialty contractors, and manufacturing companies, among others.

After the passing of CEO and founder Andy White, US Leadership, Inc. closed its business entity on April 1, 2024. However, the principles and mission of US Leadership live on through three companies formed by former team members, continuing to work together as one consulting group:

The Championship Life: Specializing in business coaching and leadership coaching, The Championship Life partners with businesses and leaders to achieve excellence both professionally and personally. With over 30 years of experience, they focus on nine key areas of excellence and offer services such as workshops, leadership development, personality and behavioral style assessments, and business benchmarking assessments with prescriptive solutions.

2. InExcellenzia: Founded by two former team members of US Leadership, David Morales and Enitza Rivera, InExcellenzia continues to apply the principles of US Leadership, focusing on strategic planning and performance excellence. They provide tailored consulting services aimed at accelerating growth and achieving sustainable success.

3. DWC Strategic Solutions Business Consulting: This company, formed by another former team member, David Cline, offers business consulting services with a unique approach to strategic solutions. They help organizations navigate complex challenges and implement effective strategies for long-term growth and profitability.
